The house is a good example of what you can fit into a home that is only 15 feet wide. The front door is on the end, which is really practical for a narrow lot. A front-load home with a lengthwise floor plan is much less expensive than a 2-section modular or mobile home.

The home has a small 4-foot deep front porch. A 12×12 bedroom is in the front, behind those windows.
